Record Submissions for Jameson CineFest
Jameson CineFest announced it received a record number of entries for the 9th edition, 14-23 September 2012. This year the festival embarks on a cooperation with the Bratislava IFF working on joint projects and mutual promotion. The two festivals cooperated on the FNE Visegrad Prix in 2011. In addition, Miskolc will also host an international ecumenical roundtable conference as part of the festival.
The festival director Tibor Biro was recently re-elected to a three year term to the board of the international organization of art cinemas CICAE (cicae.org) and has been selected as a member of the executive committee of MEDIA Salles (www.mediasalles.it).
