Károlyi Palace (Petőfi Literature Museum)
The Károlyi Palace was built in the first half of the 19th century in Classicist style. The central motif of the courtyard facade of the one-storey building is the protruding balcony closed by a tympan. In contrast to its simple exterior, its interior is richly and elegantly decorated. The original gallery and bookshelf are visible in the reading room. It has been the home of the Petőfi Literature Museum since 1957. The building has been completely renovated.
