Dreschler building – the former Ballet Institute
The Art Nouveau building on Andrássy avenue facing the Opera was erected in the second half of the 19th century, designed by Ödön Lechner. The ground floor of the three-storey building has a passageway with loggias, the different floors are decorated by arched, richly ornamental windows. It used to serve as the headquarters of the National Ballet Institute.
