The Buják ruin

The Buják castle was built in the second half of the 13th century, after the Mongol invasion. It had been extended several times and was eventually occupied by the Turks.
Its entrance might have been on the eastern side, were the remains of the gate are still visible. From there, a passageway leads to the round bastion, which is 20 meters in diameter. The palace wing might have stood next to the western wall. Today, only its ruins are visible.
