Danubius Hotel Budapest
The hotel designed by György Szrogh in 1967 has become one of the trademarks of Budapest. The conspicuous building is called „round hotel” by the locals, alluding to its 15-storey cylindrical bulk, which seems to be floating above the service facilities. Its modern architectural solutions make it a remarkable element of the junction of the villa district and urban buildings.
