Planetarium
The Budapest Planetarium was built in Dist.10 Népliget in the 1970s. The enormous circular structure is covered by a semi-sphere-shaped dome. Inside, its auditorium is surrounded by a foyer. An artificial sky, which is the perfect copy of the real one, is projected on the interior of the dome. The circular corridor hosts scientific and art exhibitons.
