The Margitsziget open-air stage
The 3,000-seat open-air stage has been the site of classical and pop concerts and musicals since 1938. Behind the auditorium stands the 57-meter-high octagonal water tower built of reinforced concrete at the turn of the 20th century in Art Nouveau style. Today it serves as a lookout tower and an exhibition hall.
