The Military Prosecutor’s Office
The building of the Military Prosecutor’s Office on Nagy Imre square in Buda was built in the first half of the 20th century. The exterior of the building organized around an internal courtyard is in bad shape. Its entrance hall and stairways are decorated with reliefs and geometric motifs. The furniture of the courtroom evokes the „Socialist Realist” style of the 1950s. In the cellar system beneath the building, a prison had been built for convicts.
