Biatorbágy, viaduct
The infamous railway bridge blown up by Szilveszter Matuska in 1931 stands in Biatorbágy in the western part of Pest county. The bridge that was originally built of stone at the end of the 19th century was complemented by an iron structure after the attempt. The explosion was also the subject of a movie. These days, the bridge is no longer used by railway traffic.
