Take the money and run - who should pay for Hungarian film?

Actually, well, yes, i would volentieri accept a camera, a huge quantity of money, million meters of film, a small technical team, coffe and sausage from the buffet car, few boxes of cigaretti...etc.
Seriously, is there any possibility for me to start a film next week? yes, there isnt.
In feudalism state wont help if you are not part of the clienteria unless your theme is close to ideology, private capital like to see compromissumi for something in economic numbers.

Is there a way to regain the old glory? Is it centralized state subsidies or private capital that could help?
