The József Attila Theater
The theater in Budapest’s District 13 opened its gates in September 1956. The building was constructed in the „Socialist Realist” style of the era, its interior is characterized by monumental spaces, fake marble floors and wooden panels in the style of the 1960s. Its spacious auditorium seats 600 and it also has a smaller auditorium for chamber performances.
