Tibor Bánócki was nominated for the British Animation Award

Actually it is like an Oscar ceremony, on 13th March the awards are presented in London.” – said Tibor Bánóczki to film.hu.

Tibor Bánóczki graduated from Moholy-Nagy Arts University, where he together with László Csáki and Szabolcs Pálfi founded their art group called Hipokaloric. In the framework of this group they made several experimental animation films, the most acclaimed of which is the feature entitled Youth is reassuring, which won numerous national and international awards. Bánóczki has recently been a scholar of National Film and Television School in London and Milk teeth is his graduation film.

Milk teeth has already won several awards: the Best Animation Film at the Annecy Animation Film Festival, the Best Diploma Film Award at Ottawa Animation Festival, and the Best Animation Movie at FreshFilm Fest in Karlovy Vary, in the Czech Republic.
