Made characteristic by its cylindrical bulk, the largest culture center of Kőbánya was built in the 1970s. While its modernist exterior is rather shabby, its interior is still in good condition. It has a 200,000-tome library, a 480-seat theater room, the 180-seat podium room and conference room equipped with professional sound and lighting technology.
