Founded in 2008 by Sára László, Marcell Gerő and Tamás Dobos, Campfilm is a small, fresh and ambitious independent production company based in Budapest, Hungary. In the four years of its existence it has completed several commercials, music videos, and mainly short TV documentary and feature documentaries, which have been broadcasted in television chanells such as HBO, M1 and Duna Television. Currently we work on several feature documentaries and a hungarian-belgian-swiss coproduction based short fiction film.
All three founders graduated from the Academy of Film and Drama in Budapest and are eager to mix the tradition of Hungarian filmmaking with new trends from around the world.
