The building in District 5 was constructed in the first half of the 19th century in Classicist style. The two-storey structure has three interior courtyards, its facade is structured by a column order and a tympan. A carriageway leads into its interior courtyard, which is surrounded by a corridor and a colonnade. From its foyer with large columns, a spacious stairwell leads to the ceremonial hall. The building has been completely renovated.
