The culture center was built in the 1950s. Its cylindrical foyer, which is opened by monumental, glass-paneled arcades, is adjoined by two wings. From the spacious foyer, stairs lead up to the large theater hall. Its interior is partly „Socialist Realist”, partly Classicist.
